The Public Health Committee upholds the Bill "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Acquisition of the Right for Committal of certain Actions connected with Economic Activity or certain Type of Economic Activity on the Grounds of a Material and Technical Base Conformity Declaration"

The bill (Reg. No.6479) authorizes to commit certain actions connected with economic activity or certain type of economic activity on the grounds of a material and technical base conformity declaration.

The Committee members stated that via a material and technical base conformity declaration, the economic entity informs the public administrator or the representative of a licensing body about the conformity of the material and technical base with the laws.
