The bill (Reg. No.6479) authorizes to commit certain actions connected with economic activity or certain type of economic activity on the grounds of a material and technical base conformity declaration.
The Committee members stated that via a material and technical base conformity declaration, the economic entity informs the public administrator or the representative of a licensing body about the conformity of the material and technical base with the laws.
